Atelier Choux accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their signature gift boxes with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back into their original Atelier Choux gift boxes and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our Parisian atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
